EXA Infrastructure, the largest dedicated digital infrastructure platform connecting Europe and North America, today announced it has partnered with Colt Technology Services (Colt) on a new robust digital ecosystem in the Channel Tunnel linking the growing data centre markets in London and Paris.
EXA and Colt Upgrade Channel Tunnel Infrastructure
Two companies with extensive fiber across Europe have teamed up to upgrade the high profile route within the Channel Tunnel. Colt won a 25-year deal to operate the infrastructure within the tunnel a year and a half ago, and EXA’s participation will help them monetize that deal further.
EXA plans CIS in Sicily
EXA Infrastructure has unveiled plans to build a new dedicated Open Cable Landing Station (CLS) in Mazara del Vallo on the Italian island of Sicily to enhance its current landing and backhaul capacity.
