EXA Infrastructure to Purchase Longhaul Duct Assets from Conexio

Following on from its recent €1.3Bn refinancing, EXA Infrastructure has signed an agreement to purchase all long-haul duct assets belonging to Conexio doo Beograd ("Conexio"), a provider of dark fibre and colocation services across Serbia.
